Growing up just east of Dallas, Texas in a small town called Fate is where I called home until 2010. In 2010, I married my husband, Justin Murdock. We purchased our first home and settled in Canton, Texas. We are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy.
As Justin and I went through the steps of purchasing our home, I became very interested in the real estate process. With a background in banking, I decided that I wanted to get my real estate license and combined the two allowing me to help buyers and sellers make one of the most important decisions they will ever make.

My family and I were looking at land in different parts of East Texas, when we called the Listing Agent for one of the properties. He began helping us in our search, answering all of our questions along the way. On one of our outings it occured to me that he had a very interesting job, seeing all of the different properties and helping people fulfill their dream of owning one of them. This friendly Agent took the time to tell me the steps of aquiring a Real Estate License and encouraged me to get started.
Thinking back, I remember just how little we knew about buying or selling Real Estate when we were searching on our own, and how that information gap was filled when we enlisted the help of a Real Estate Agent.
